Shipping information	FedEx, DHL Upon shipping package may take up to 5-7 days or longer in transit. As we are the manufacturer, each shipment will include a Certificate of Origin, veluo declaration invoice, consignee copy of air waybill. All duty and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee as these fees are set by the corresponding government. We do not ship on holidays such as New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Delivery schedules are set to delivery Monday through Friday. We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
Return & Exchange information	Crafted Skins prides itself on a high standard of craftsmanship and therefore we guarantee our product. In the event that you need to return a product we offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery. An exchange is not restricted to the same product. Unless the return is due to a manufacturing error there is a 10% restocking fee applied. Any items modified per a customer’s request are non-returnable unless of course there is a manufacturing error. All returns must be authorized otherwise they can be refused at your expense. Any authorized items returned with any soiling, damage or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
